BRENADETTE B WINN TURNER

Founder, Turner Title Services, LLC and

Real Talk Title Academy

Brenadette Turner, is the founder of Turner Title Service, LLC. Although she’s been in the Real Estate Title Insurance Industry for over 26 years, her company started in 2009, and has been impacting clients ever since. Her story is one that holds a very interesting journey. From starting at the Recorders in 1997 as a Deputy Recorder to Developing Training Programs to educate new upcoming real estate title professionals here in the US and abroad


Her 27 years of experience in title examination, claims management, and litigation support across most all 50 states, brings extensive industry knowledge and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

As a licensed title producer in North Carolina and Maryland, a Certified National Signing Agent, and an experienced trainer in both domestic and international settings, Brenadette is uniquely equipped to meet the dynamic needs of any organization.

Brenadette is originally from Canton, Ohio - home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Now splitting her residency between North Carolina and Maryland.

When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, watching sports, visiting wineries and attending live music shows. Most importantly spending quality time with her family and close friends.
