PRELICENSING COURSE
At TTS, we value pre-licensing education. While not required, we recommend taking the TITLE INSURANCE PRE-LICENSING CLASS before the State Title Insurance Licensing Exam. Both a Title Insurance Producer (TIP) and a Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) need licensing by the Maryland Insurance Commissioner.
This class prepares you for the exam and boosts your career confidence.
